Roderick Aichinger for VW Magazine

Sylt is Germanys northernmost island and well known for the distinctive shape of its shoreline, its tourist resorts and the 40km long sandy beach. Moreover it is a magnet for the German jet set and the wealthy.

For VW Magazine Roderick Aichinger did visit Sylt for a few very cold days in January to see what the island has to offer at a less obvious time for a stopover.
