Roderick Aichinger for EnRoute Magazine

EnRoute Magazine sent Roderick Aichinger on a culinary journey to Baiersbronn, where he had the opportunity to visit three outstanding restaurants that have been awarded one of the famous Michelin stars. The Black Forest area happens to be the region with the highest density of Michelin stars in all of Europe. Roderick was only there for a short visit, so unfortunately he missed out on most of the exquisite delicacies they had to offer. Luckily though, he returned with some tantalizing visual souvenirs for us all to enjoy.
